What's your turnaround time?

Standard turnaround is 24 hours. Same-day is available for accounts on the peninsula and surrounding areas, especially when we know it's coming. Emergency one-offs we handle case by case — and we usually figure it out.

Do you charge by pound or by piece?

Both. Some businesses prefer per-piece (predictable, especially for restaurants), others prefer per-pound (cheaper at volume, common for STRs). We'll quote you both ways so you can pick what fits your books.

Are there minimums or contracts?

No long-term contracts. Most accounts are month-to-month. There's a small minimum on individual pickups (we have to make the trip worth the diesel), but no annual commitments and no early-termination penalties.

Do you provide the linens, or do I?

Either works. You can use your own stock, or we can rent linens to you (common for restaurants and gyms). For STRs, most owners prefer to own the stock — we just clean and rotate it.

What about damaged or lost linens?

If we damage something in our process, we replace it — period. For lost or guest-damaged items on STR accounts, we run an inventory tracking program so you know what's actually disappearing versus just being in the wash cycle.

How fast can I start?
